Regarding the Waste Management Data (WMD), according to article 7 par. 2 of JM 36259/2010, the producers of AEKK are obliged, before the start of the construction works or the technical infrastructure works, to submit to the competent building service data for the Alternative Waste Management (ALW) that will be generated by their activity.

Specifically, it is required:
1) To conclude a contract with properly licensed waste management companies (SEDPEKAT, SANKE, ANAEK).
2) To pay the contribution per ton of waste to the Alternative Management System.
3) To submit the certificate of alternative management of AEKK that they have received from the system (SSED) to the competent construction service, so that the letter of guarantee can be returned to them.

The application of the above provisions is mandatory in any construction of private and public projects that produce construction waste ("rubble") and the table of waste management data (waste) is mandatory submitted to the information system e-Permits.
